Overview

Looma Kitchen is a delivery-only kitchen in Business Bay. The client is Gabriel. Abood recommended me to him. I designed the product and built the public site and the kitchen dashboard from scratch. Branded by Khadija. Guests read the menu, order, and pay on loomakitchen.com. Large orders go through catering. On admin.loomakitchen.com the kitchen sees the full ticket, assigns it to a chef, and marks it out for delivery. The customer can check that status from their side.

Challenge

There was no system. Orders and kitchen flow had to be invented as one product: menu and checkout for the guest, tickets and chef assignment for the restaurant, tracking for the customer, and catering for bigger jobs. Three weeks in August 2026.

Outcome

The site is live. Everyday orders and catering both run through it. The kitchen can move an order from ticket to chef to delivery, and the customer can follow it.
