Booking system for a Swiss airport-transfer company. I cut a long checkout down to two steps and built the client site and the dispatcher dashboard.

Overview

Vamos Taxi runs airport transfers and limousines in Switzerland. I designed the product interface and built the system in Next.js. Branded by Khadija. On vamostaxi.site the guest sets the trip and the car in the hero, then signs in or adds details and pays. Dispatchers work at dashboard.vamostaxi.site. Cloudflare, Resend, Mapbox, Google Maps, email, and WhatsApp sit in the same product.

Challenge

Bookings were almost all manual. He confirmed each one from his phone and lived in email. The old checkout was six or seven steps: details, add, flight, contact, pay, wait, check. The job was a two-step path for the guest and a board for him, not another inbox.

Outcome

The site is public. Booking, email confirmation, and WhatsApp work. Fixes are still landing. Work started 15 August 2026.
